For catered accommodation (available for most chalets on a full occupancy basis) first check our prices & availability pages for the property you are interested in, then please call or email with your requirements. Alternatively just ask us what we have available for a particular week to suit your size of group.
For self-catered accommodation, check the availability & prices page for the chalets or apartments you are interested in, then call, email or fill in our reservation form on this page with your requirements.
Once you have confirmed the price with us and we have answered any questions you might have, you can pay the deposit to confirm the reservation. The easiest and quickest way to pay is by credit or debit card, and the reservation is immediate. Otherwise you can pay by bank transfer or by eurocheque (these take longer and the reservation is confirmed once payment has been cleared).
On receipt of the deposit we will send you the holiday contract, which you should read, sign and return to us by email or post.
For fully catered accommodation, we will also ask you for information on the group to be accommodated, possible food allergies/likes/dislikes, etc.
It's as simple as that! Your holiday chalet or apartment will now be reserved for you.
You can also ask us to arrange your ski passes so that they're waiting for you at your accommodation when you arrive, arrange your airport transfers, and ask for advice on ski schools and ski equipment rental.
