Situated in Le Soleil Blanc apartment building in Montriond, the studio is just 2 minutes walk to the town centre.

It is located directly opposite the shuttle bus stop that takes skiers straight to the popular Ardent ski area for Avoriaz and to the whole Portes du Soleil.

The studio sleeps two people in bunk beds in a curtained alcove off the hallway, and a further two in a double bed-settee in the main living area.

The kitchenette is equipped with a cooking hob, a combined microwave/ oven, a refrigerator, and a full set of cutlery and crockery.

The dining area provides a table and seating for four. 

The living area offers a comfortable settee, armchair, up-lighter, reading light and coffee table. TV/video are provided as standard.

There is a shower room with hand basin and electric heating unit. There is a separate WC.

This first-floor studio has its own private balcony.

There are open, spectacular views across the mountains.  

There is a ski locker provided, and there is ample private parking outside the building.

The apartment has electric heating throughout.  Hot water is provided from the building system.

Smoking is not permitted inside the studio, and an ashtray is provided on the balcony.

Bed linen and towels are included.
