Terms & Conditions

• Shopping packs will normally be delivered on the holiday start date unless agreed with us when the order is placed.

• Orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days before the expected delivery date.

• Payment is required 5 days before the expected delivery date, at which time your order is confirmed.

• Where an item on the shopping pack list or bespoke list is unavailable, we will substitute with as close an alternative as we can. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that we can substitute goods as long as the overall cost amounts to the same or more than the goods listed.

• Alcohol can only be ordered by, and delivered to, adults aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.

• Some non-perishable goods may be repackaged into smaller packages and thus will not be delivered in original packaging.

• Should you find any problem with your items, please inform us immediately otherwise no responsibility can be taken for the condition of the goods.

• Please note that your provisions may contain nuts. Similarly, we do not make claims or guarantees regarding vegetarian foods.

• Costs quoted are subject to change at short notice due to varying local prices. However, once your order has been placed and purchased the cost will not change.

• The costs quoted for shopping packs include delivery to your accommodation.

• A delivery charge applies for bespoke shopping lists, at 20% (minimum 20€) of the total cost of provisions.

• Once you have placed and purchased your order, we may immediately start to fulfil it. Changes/cancellations may only be made if the items have not yet been bought for your order.
